My science stats:

CALC 1: C
PSYCH 107 Stats: B-
PSYCH 101: B+
GEN CHEM 1: B(In Lec) A in Lab
GEN CHEM 2: B+(IN LEC) B- in Lab
Bio 1: NC( took it as a first semester freshman)
BIO 2: W the first time
F the second time.
I'm majoring in accounting however I want to get back on the pre-dental track. If I retake bio 2 a third time, do I realistically have a chance of getting into schools such as NYU or Touro. What if I do a Masters?

Stop reposting the exact same thread with a different title. People have given you valuable advice in the other threads. You're not even done with half of your pre-reqs yet. You have time to turn it around, but you need to stop performing like you are. I gave you advice in one of your other multiple threads, so I'm not going to type more here.

hey man.
Well ... hmm. yeah is there a way you can retake those courses you got less than a B in? Or if not, since dental schools don't replace like DOs use to... at least take advanced courses like Calc 2 or in those you didn't do well in.
But to be frank man, getting a W (equivalent to a F in certain aspects) and then F in Bio 1 and 2 is not good by any means. Bio 1 and 2 aren't necessarily super hard classes, I mean they can be if you take them at tough schools, but you shouldn't be getting less than Cs if you at least show up and at least get 60s in the exams. I got 40s in my first semester and the lowest I got was a C-, and I never went to class.

There is something very wrong if you are getting W and Fs....
You need to get consistent As and B+s (the minimum) from now On. Less than Bs are not an option, if they are you need to reconsider your dental goals.
Ace that DAT and do tons of extracurricular dental stuff to compensate for the not so impressive beginning.

I had a horrible start to college but I was fortunate to get into medical school and with hard work you can do it to. But also, consider doing a post bacc that has a linkage to a DDS program??

Also NYU DDS isn't hard to get into, but seriously, you need to get above a B- man, Bio 1 and 2 are not hard courses, and if you are sincerely failing those or struggling you will not go far in any graduate program, medical, DDS, DPM, PA, etc.

When are you taking Organic Chemistry?

@Wolfbarker @license43 @plusalpha The thing is I'm a junior going into my senior year and I kinda regret about going into accounting
yeah regret is fine, use that as motivation.
I got dismissed from my first program (Academic probation after my first semester, academic dismissal after my 2nd semester) (I had a 2.1 after my 1st sem. and 2.4 after my 2nd semester). Today I'm a Medical Student. Doesn't matter what you did before, what matters is what you do moving forward.
