NYU for specializing

well i really like nyu but when i interviewed there, no one could give me somewhat of a percentage of how many people who want to specialize get to specialize. many of the other schools had a percentage to tell me. so i'm wondering if they are just trying to hide it from it. i like nyu but i hope going there will still give me the option to specialize if i want and not make it super hard to get into a speciality. what do you guys think?

On my interview day in NYU, someone asked the tour guide about this specialty rate in NYU and the tour guide said ".... most people just want to go for GP because it s very hard to get an A or B. everyone is happy with C just passing...."
So i guess their specialty rate is not that high.
