• Signed 2" x 2" passport-sized color photograph (required at time of interview)
• Supplemental application (required at time of interview)
• Once admitted, the school will require official transcripts from all schools attended, to be sent directly to NYUCD

i have an interview coming up soon and i was invited about a month ago....but i have heard nothing about a supplemental. anyone know anything about this? thanks
