NYU Masters in Oral Biology

I am considering attending NYU for the Masters in Oral Biology. I was wondering if anyone had any information about the program.

I believe NYU's Oral Biology require two years to complete. I would rather look into one year programs.
Columbia offers one year "Human Nutrition" Master's program. The program itself is difficult, but it's worth it if you want to get many interviews and hopefully multiple acceptances from dental schools.
