So I am in senior year in high school in Indonesia, and I'm interested to go to New York and study at NYU. I have a few questions:

1. Pre-health in NYU is like courses right? (this is what I found in CAS website) So is this mean we can take any major we like and take the course?

2. The fees, how much does it costs? I can't find any information about Pre-health tuition & fees in their website.

3. Is it really hard to get in?

4. How hard is it to maintain good grades? I wish I could get my GPA high like 3.5 or above.

5. How is the lecture like?

Thank you so much 🙂

Pre health is a curriculum... I think 9 or 8 classes that you must take at any time during your 4 years there.
Calc I
Chem I/II
Orgo I/II
Bio I/II
Phys I/II

Tuition depends on which school you are enrolled in (stern, CAS, gallatin etc.)
You can be in any school, any major and be on the pre-med track.

Getting admitted as a "pre-health" student is no more or less difficult than getting accepted to NYU.
If you are accepted to NYU and you enroll, you can at any time contact Pre-health advisors and declare/undeclare your intent to be on the pre med track.

As far as doing well, it is not going to be easy, as it will not be easy at any institution... but I wouldn't say that it is anything like cornell or cal's pre-med programs, which are infamously difficult.

If you want to put in the work, you will do well.

Lastly, come to NYU, this place is amazing!
😀

Lectures are in very large lecture halls.
