for those who attended the interview....do u think it will be okay if my flight is at 4 or should i get a later one. the next earliest i can find is not till eight and I would really like to avoid that long of a wait at the aiport.

I think one at 4 should be all right. It ends around one if I remember correctly and it doesn't take too long to get to the airport.

We were down by 12:30. What airport are flying out of and how are you getting there?

We were done at 12:10...I think that should give you plenty of time!
Good luck!

There are three major airports that serve the area. You should be able to get to any of them in time by cab. If you are taking the subway to JFK you should be good but I would hurry a bit. If you are taking the train to Newark I would be the most concerned as it can be confusing your first time at Penn station. You'll have to take a cab to get to Laguardia.

I wouldn't take a super shuttle or anything with your time constraints. Sometimes it takes hours to get to the airport with them.

We were done around then, but then NYU treated us to lunch. You can probably miss lunch to catch your flight, but this is a lunch you don't want to miss.. steak & grilled salmon.. gourmet ****.. so in my opinion, take a later flight, better to wait in the airport a bit than miss your flight; it is nearly impossible to get on standby flights from NY airports in my experience.

I have a flight next Monday that leaves LaGuardia Airport at 3:20PM. Do you guys think I can stay for launch? When does the launch end? Can you let me know how long it takes from NYU to LaGuardia Airport! Thanks.

as soon as the interview is over (12:30), you will have to time to go grab a *FREE* bite to eat.. but you will not have the time to sit and chill with the dental students because you will need to be out of there by 1PM.. if you are going to LGA or JFK. anyway you see it, its a risk.. Good luck

Thanks for your feedback. Then I leave at 12:30 and skip launch to get to the airport on-time!

I have an interview coming up at NYU and would like to know:

1) How long does supershuttle take to go to and from the airport?

2) Can anyone suggest places to stay for the NYU interview?

Thanks!
