so there's only one essay (about a physical/emotional problem)?

yup, looks like they derive enough info from the pers statement, but im guessing with schools like this numbers are important...

by the way, what is the nyu screen like? i often hear they have a stringent screen, but not sure how strict; any ideas?

well, i took the mcat in august! gpa is not stellar

do a search, it was really hard to understand the screen. something on weeding out individual mcat scores and possibly BCPM gpa i believe.

my school is on a quarter system. I don't know how to fill out the "requirements" section of the secondary. They give two spots for each req. I took 3 classes so I need 3 spots!!! How do I do this?

I'm with uclakid on this; my school is on the semester system, but the labs are individual 2 hour courses. Anyone know how to input this info even though the app gives us only 2 spaces?

you can search previous threads, but I think the consensus on this issue was to input more than one course in the textbox (utilize the slash as a divider). i think that's what NYU said also.

WHOOPS! I talked to a friend (on the quarter system also) on the phone right after I posted, and he said he just wrote in two classes (one for each space). He didn't bother with the slash thing. He assumed NYU will understand since they have our AMCAS anyway. I submitted my secondary right before I read derf's idea. What should I do?

I didn't even put in the two classes, I just filled it in with one class for each line. I think that they get enough of us cali students to know what there will be a problem with it. (I sound confident but secretly I'm really scared now)
