NYU Status Update Email

I received an email from NYU stating that they are finalizing interviews and will have an update on status soon after. Did anyone else receive this email? Maybe it's good news... Has anyone heard about how many seats are left, number of waitlisted, etc? I know some information is posted of predents.com but if anyone has any other information and wants to share, please do. i got it too. as i understand it the waitlist begins to move in may. perhaps they are finishing interviews earlier this year and we will be hearing soon. thing about the waitlist though is that there is no deadline..2 friends of mine got into NYU the day before classes started. so keep that in mind everyone..
