I'm subletting my place in NYU School of Medicine Housing located on 30st st and 1st avenue direct behind NYU Langone medical center, five minutes from Bellevue Hospital, and about 9 from the Manhattan VA. It's a 1Br dormitory with a sink in the room, and a shared kitchen and bathroom in the hall. Its cozy, functional and gets the job done.
