Hi, is anyone that is going to NYU applying for the summer research? If you have filled out the online form, were there certain areas that you could not fill out that said NA and were greyed out? I was just wondering if it was my computer...

I think its because we are already admitted and they have our grades, letters etc.

After I was accepted to NYU, I filled this out and submitted it and had similar issues so I emailed the research coordinator for the summer to enquire. The areas are greyed out because the website has not been finished. But don't worry about submitting anything beyond what you submitted. NYU feels they have put the accepted students through enough so what you submitted is adequate to apply for the program.

are you sure? so no recommendations and no 1pg statement?
ahhhh i should've applied earlier then..
do u know if they accept all students who applied into the program? or do they reject some people?

I'm pretty sure they don't take everyone. Also, the deadline is in March so applying early doesn't do anything. I'm only going to do it if I get some sort of stipend, maybe even loans. I don't have the money to live there for two months.
