NYU vs. Maryland?

Im deciding between NYU and Maryland and was just looking to see if anyone had any advice? I really loved NYU, but Ive heard a lot of negative stuff about it. I guess Im wondering...what are the most important things to consider when choosing a school? Thanks 😀

What kind of negative things did you hear about NYU? I am sure a lot of them are rumors.

I think NYU is great, but it is quite $$. How much is U MD?
