I got accepted into NYU but also the dental linkage program at Touro which guarantees acceptance for the upcoming cycle.

I wouldnt be so sure. An extra year of tuition for a master's at a private school + a year of lost GP income... Touro as it stands is not that much cheaper than NYU... we're not talking about Stony or Buffalo.

Yea, iirc they have had massive tuition spikes (compared to other schools) every year since opening. Still one of the cheaper private schools for now though.
