NYU Waitlist

I was wondering if any of you guys and gals out there have had any experience with the waitlist or have some secondhand insight on this subject. Generally how long is the waitlist and is each applicant ranked or is it random? At what point (mid-May, late-May, early-June, etc.) are the waitlisted applicants pulled? Moreover, when is the deadline to hold your spot as an admitted student? Any NYUCOD Class of 2008 people have any info to pass along???

hey......before people chime in with their opinion, what I recommend you do is to do a past search on this topic, because this time last year all throughout the summer, there was a lot of action on this topic with numerous threads, so by going through these past threads will give you a good idea of what to expect based on what happened last year. So, do a search on "NYU waitlist" and you will get a lot of info that way!
