I have a few questions regarding this ceremony. Is the ceremony only for faculty and students or is it also open to student family members? Also, how are the first week of classes as far as time management goes and when does the pace of the classes heat up? Thanks.

Im pretty sure the ceremony is only open to students and faculty. I think its something to do with a limitation of space in the building they do it in.

As for the rest, Im not sure

It's only for the students and the faculties. No families.
The first couple of weeks are not too bad. not much to do. don't worry about it.
