Hey everyone,

I am going over little details before finalizing my rank list. The Resident's at NYU said that their work hours were "amazing", and "the best in the city". Can anyone familiar with the program clarify what is meant by "amazing"? The Chiefs said they worked between 50-60, but another Resident reported 80/hours per week there. I don't mind working hard, I just want clear answers. Any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated.

no way they average 80 hr a week at NYU. maybe he was an intern on ICU or something. they avg 50-60

I'm not sure what kind of hours they average, but during the interview day I heard 4 pm as the time when relief begins.
