Not sure if they have one. I'm assuming they're preferential to high DATs like 20s and higher. 21+ should get you through the door, 19s and 20s might get you in if you have a good app outside of your DAT score. A high DAT might overshadow a low GPA (just not too low) since it's a standardized test and won't be variable across different schools like GPA can be. Try calling the admissions office and seeing what their class profile for last year's incoming class was.
 
I doubt they have cutoff scores. It all depends on how you compare to the scores other people are applying with. If, lets say, average score of an applicant is 21 and yours is 21-22, you are in good shape.

What do you mean by average scores? Is it the average of 8 components in all DAT parts?
 
Yes. Mostly. Some schools value science scores over other, some value PAT scores over other. Depends on the school. You can always call/email admissions department for more information.

if you have an average of 17.8 can it be rounded to an 18?
