Hey, I am looking for a studio to live around NYUCD.
Has anyone lived in a single studio at either kipsbay or waterside?
I am mostly curious about the pricing for studios. (I am looking at around $1600 - 2000)
If there's other options living alone near NYUCD, can anyone recommend?
