Does anyone know what NYUCD’s policy is for 3-4 failed courses in D2? Can you remediate them or do you have to repeat the year?

Sounds like something you should ask your academic affairs department.

This is quoted straight from the academic policy handbook,

Dismissal
A student is subject to dismissal from the College under any of the following conditions: • Receiving a grade of “F” at the end of any remedial course
• Receiving multiple “F” grades at any time during the regular academic year
• Receiving two “F” grades at any time during an academic year being repeated
• Receiving a grade of “F “in any clinical course as a result of losing patient care privileges

I heard 3 is the max, but I’m sure you can appeal and may hear a favorable decision.

You can fail up to 10 credits, so however many classes make up that. What GP are you in, btw?
