I am a dental student at NYUCD looking for a roommate. I have a true two bedroom at stuytown, classic finish. Its right by the oval and only a 10 minute walk to school. You can view the apt on stuytown's website. It has a foyer with dining room table and console, living room, nice kitchen with new appliances and granite counter tops, and plenty of closet space. The rent is going to be around 1700 a month with utilities included(heat/ac, electricity and water). August move in date. Contact me for more info!
