So I was going to take the OAT on sept 28 but I had to reschedule for Oct 19th due to family problems, is that too late for the OAT?

I think it may depend on how strong of an application you have. If you have a solid gpa and good EC's and stuff, you are fine. Im not taking mine till november 2nd, but I already have a couple of interviews scheduled before then.
