I am confused on when the earliest I can apply for the oat test and when after I can apply to opt school? I would like to start opt school in fall 2016...so when can I take the test and apply?

You can start to submit your application starting July 2015.
You can take your OAT anytime before or during the application cycle.
*just remember you can only take it once every three months if you need to retake it

what is this Feb 13 date I keep seeing then? are there different times in a year you can apply ?
