I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me if they have a good method for getting through the RC and QR sections on the OAT quickly? Whenever I do the practice tests for Kaplan in those sections, I always run out of time. Ive tried the Kaplan method of taking down keywords while doing the RC portion, but that seems to take too long... Im taking the OAT this coming Tuesday, Aug 4, so if anyone has any suggestions please help!

maybe consider pushing back the exam date.
It isn't the best idea to change your test taking strategy just a few days before taking the actual OAT.
For QR, try glancing really quickly at the answers to gauge how much rounding you can do. If a question seems like it is going to take a while, mark it and return to it when you have time.
