OAT reading comprehension

For those that took the computer based test, does the reading comprehension part have a highlighting tool or something you can underline words with?...If it was up to me that would be the only part of the test I'd rather take in paper, easier to underline and go back to key concepts.

No it doesn't have a highlight feature. My best advice is to just jot some important words down (with what paragraph you found them in) as you're reading.

Sadly, no. There is no highlighting feature on the RC portion.
