Hello all you pre-optamolomogists (lol, just playin'),

I have a friend who's gonna take the OAT and needs some study material. I recently wrote the DAT and did well on it so I won't need my DAT prep stuff anymore. I was wondering if the DAT was anything like the OAT. If it is, the DAT prep material would be beneficial, yes?

My friend said that there's physics on the OAT so she'll probably need to get some additional prep for physics, yes?

Thanks

Yes, I believe the same organization writes both tests. I also used the kaplan DAT course book to study for the OAT plus some MCAT physics books. I scored in the 90th percentile, so your friend should be fine using DAT prep. Also, tell your friend to get the OAT Destroyer.
