I am getting ready to start an away rotation in Ob/Gyn. I wanted to have something in my pocket that I can flip through quickly (sort of like Pocket Medicine) because my iPhone cannot be relied on (internet connections, 3G, etc.). I have heard mixed things about the Washington Manual for Ob/Gyn and then the "red book" Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Infertility. Does anyone have some suggestions? Thanks!

I think the "red book" is better. It is available as a native IPhone app. Its fairly expensive and has mixed reviews but you wouldn't need an internet connection, and a lot of times in OB/GYN you won't have your coat on you but you will probably always have your phone.

Thanks guys! I love my iPhone but I have found that many times it gives out right when I need it to work...but, I will try the red book. Is it too big to have in the back pocket of your scrubs?
