ob/gyn surgery

can someone enlighten me about ob/gyn surgical fellowships...like say a ob/gyn completed a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery....do they mostly do surgery then since they completed a surgical fellowship or do they still do work in gyn..are they like plastic/reconstructive surgeons, just on the female pelvic? thx!
