I need suggestion for OB management books please

I have essentials of OB -- by hacker and moore -- but I think it is too basic.

any suggestions on books for mangement?

Hacker and Moore is definately too basic.
Williams for OB and Telindes for GYN you will lay out some bucks for these two. Consider checking them out from your school library as most programs will buy them for you in your first/second year of residency.
For pocket reference the little red book is great: Obstetric Gynecology and Infertility: Handbook for Clinicians- Resident survival guide.
