No, you don't have to redo PGY1. 5 spots out of match at UTSW, 4 at UTMB. No ERAS.

How do you go about those out of match spots?

You won't have to redo the year but make sure it meets the ACGME requirements for anesthesia. I know you need at least 1 ICU month and an ER month. Not sure what the others are
