I've heard a lot of doctors and people telling premed students to either become PAs or choose a different career because of obamacare. What have you heard? And will obamacare really make that much of a negative impact on the field of medicine?
 
I think you'll get many more answers if you use the search bar. This had been talked about quite a lot.
 
Being a physician has become, and will become, less attractive from the money/prestige/independence perspective.

The only real reason to go into medicine is if the actual practice of medicine has serious appeal to you that can't be satisfied by another route such as PA.
 
I think you should also probably refer to it as the ACA given that what it is actually called...
 
No one knows. You have to read both sides and come to your own conclusions.

No one really understands how ACA works so it's hard to predict what will happen in the short and long run. You should pursue medicine if you're genuinely interested in the practice

PPACA if you want to be like that 😉

How dare you abbreviate the name of such a wonderful law. Only using the fully spelled out name as seen on the legislation is acceptable in pre-allo.
