OBGYN oral board exam, case list question

Hello, I am asking about the GYN case list in particular, do all patients in my list need to end up with a surgical intervention? Or patient I treated for example in the ED, for ectopic via methotrexate, can be counted? or other medical management such as in TOA.

There are categories for management of ectopic pregnancy and PID.

It’s been some time but I believe any admissions for gyn also count for the list. There should be a description on abog site about what counts
