OBGYN research topic ideas

I'm doing a 4 week rotation in Maternal Fetal Medicine research and can't settle on a research topic! Help! I have so many ideas running through my head and most of them are too huge to do in such a short period of time. Anyone have any thoughts for projects or ideas?

Hey maybe you should ask the mods to move this post to the Resident OB forum? I feel like they might have some good advice/ thoughts on research topics.
