Any leads on which hospitals offer Observerships over at Houston or any place in the US?

I think Baylor in Houston offers observerships.

Baylor offers research positions nowadays. UT southwestern offers famed, pedia and raidology. UTH offers IM. For all of them we have to find a sponsor, and thats where it gets difficult.
