How many stereoisomers are possible in 1,2-Dibromocyclopentane?

I think that is right. You have the R,R the S,S and the R,S/S,R. The last one only counts as one because the molecule has symetry and can be looked from eather side. (the 1 position can be either carbon)

3 are stereoisomers, 1 counts as meso-compound 🙂
