Since there’s no section on the forums for this, I figured I’d just ask allo. How does applying to occupational med residencies actually work?
Since all of the positions are advanced and most don’t use ERAS (to date, but I heard they were going to start using ERAS), when do you actually apply? Is it 4th year, or during your TRI/prelim?
I’d hate to just apply to prelim programs without being guaranteed an advanced position. That just seems sketchy.
