General Admissions & OTCAS Occupational Therapy programs abroad?

Hello, I was just wondering if there was a way to get a masters in occupational therapy abroad and then come back and be licensed in the states? How would that work? Has anyone done it before successfully?

Hello- I know there is one school in the U.K. (Brunel University London) that is accredited with AOTA, which would allow you to sit for the NBCOT exam. As for any other OT school abroad I'm not too sure since this is the only one listed on the AOTA website! Hope this helps!

Make sure that if you're going overseas, the school is WFOT accredited. You're gonna then have to make sure you go through OTED to make sure whatever program you go through correlates with AOTA program requirements. Contact the schools you're interested in to see if they've had other USA based students come there to study and if they help transferring back
