So I just scored a 28/30 and only got a 23 on the BC test 9 for Ochem. Obviously I'm very grateful for a 23, but really? You'd think that a 28/30 would be at least a 25. I know that tests are weighted differently, but are most tests like this (or the DAT)? It'd be hard to get high 20s if you basically cannot even miss a question!

As Feralis said earlier in a post a long time ago, it is possible to not get a 30 even if you got every question right. It's just how the curving works...and BC's algorithm for giving you a score is pretty similar to how the ADA does it.
Makes sense but lame:/ thank you!

IMO, no one can accurately predict with complete accuracy DAT scores. Only the almighty ADA Wizard has the magic formula. Thus relying so heavily on test scores is a fool's folly. I have been contacted by students who score lower, and also students who score higher than their pretest scores predicted. Focus more on learning and less on timing.

Just my 2 cents.

Thank you! Will do, I'm excited to see what the second half of Destroyer has in store for me
