I'm really having a hard time understanding resonance structures. For example in one of topscores question it said: how can you tell which molecule is stable? It had all the different resonance structures and said due to resonance this molecule is more stable. what does that mean? :scared:
I understand that resonance is a hybrid of two molecules, what is it really? is it suppose to have a + on a less electronegative atom?
Can someone plz help me understand it.
Thanx.
