Hello all!

I need some help. I have some ochem problems from the ACS study guide that are kinda confusing to me. Can someone please enlighten me?

My answers: 4) C, 30) B, 32)D

Actual answer: 4) D, 30) C, 32) C

Due to uploading problems and laziness, I cannot upload the pictures of the problem bcuz of size issues. Can someone with an ACS book enlighten me?
