B anion stabilizes C while cation stabilizes N ( don't know how to explain this)

The answer to question 3 is A becaus carboxy has highest freezing and boiling.

i still don't get it how anion stabilizes carbon and cation stabilizes Nitrogen?

I think that Carbon has 4 valence while Nitrogen has 5 others does not follow the octet rule coz they're bonded already. the - and + i think cancels out probably try calculate it using Formal bonds
