C Br2 adds anti addition
B anion stabilizes C while cation stabilizes N ( don't know how to explain this)
B - Cooh will have higher melting point

I think that Carbon has 4 valence while Nitrogen has 5 others does not follow the octet rule coz they're bonded already. the - and + i think cancels out probably try calculate it using Formal bonds
