Ochem retake at CC

So I took Ochem at a university during undergrad. I have since graduated and retook it at a CC. My question is that at the CC, the credit hours are 4 with lab included. At my university, it was 3 hours lecture and 2 hours of lab. Will DO schools accept the CC even though it is 4 credit hours?

Doesn't matter that it's from a CC, but retakes must be of equivalent or more hours.
