Yes.

If you are still unsure, speak with your academic advisor. I hope this helps

I did not take lab, I only took lecture. The university I attend will not transfer the credits. They said I must take organic with them. still confused.

I believe that if you still do not report your grades to your university, you still have to report it to PharmCAS.

Continue to ask your advisor the question that you are asking here. My best advice is to keep asking until you get the answer to your question.

Report it. If you go to the university you will show up as attending there in a background check, which is the way that Universities verify that people aren't doing what you are intending to do.

If you don't tell them about it and they find out, you are f****d. Trust me, everything has a paper trail.

My status is a non degree/visiting student for the summer term would I still show up as attending after this summer.

It will show up regardless.

I took 1 course as a senior in HS at a college and it shows up as me going there. Luckily I got an A in a 4 credit science course so it helps but I got nailed on it because I totally forgot about it when I applied to my college I attend now. They needed me to send transcripts in order for me attend.

Well go ahead and take the classes however you need to, but report them all. Doing anything else will put your possible enrollment in jeopardy; they can kick you out anytime you are in college if they feel they have evidence to do so. Some people I know have had that happen, too.

Just don't be dumb. it'd be a shame to lose it over something like that, and an even bigger shame that someone else who was on par with you WITHOUT that error lost their slot to you.
