Has anyone heard anything from Ohio yet? I know its still really early but I'd like to have that interview be one of my first since I really like the area.

Nothing of any significance yet. Just a generic email and letter in the mail saying that they're aware of my 2010 AACPMAS application and they look forward to receiving it.

Pretty much the same here. I got the letter today. It is "to acknowledge electronic receipt of your 2010 AACPMAS application..". Then it says something to the effect of when the required documents have been verified I will be contacted again with information to proceed with the required personal interview.

Hopefully everything will be verified in the next week or two!

So, if AACPMAS has verified our information .....what does Ohio need to verify in order to start sending out interviews ?

I'm not sure, I only posted excerpts from the letter they sent me. But if I had to guess on what they are waiting to verify, it would be my MCAT as AACPMAS still doesn't have it listed when I check my application online. Other than that though, I have no idea.

I've gotten the same e-mail and letter via snail mail as well from OCPM. My GPA and MCAT scores are posted so I am not sure what else they are waiting on. LORs have been received as well.

i recieved the email as well saying that they verified my application and they are sending me a "package" with information on interviews....i later called them up...apparently they do 100% interviews which means everyone who has submitted an application gets an interview...i find this kind of illogical....

Relax, there have been no interviews yet.

As soon as they start sending them I'm sure you'll get one pretty fast. They were the first get back to me (and it was snail mail) when I applied last year. Not much more than 8 days after I applied the letter came.

Gotta love waiting. Gets even worse when you're accepted and merely waiting on time to pass before you can move and start the road to your future career.
