I know there is a huge difference between DO and OD, two different fields but I could not make up my mind which field I have to choose, I like both, but I notice there is a vegative debate against optometrists and DO (osteopathic doctor) as being considered "real doctors". This makes me made I do not like to spend 4-6 years of hard studying and eventually the people around me not cosider me a real doctor that they can trust, but if I have an MD degree, this is the best 👍. Please I need your advise which field to practice in the US is better OD OR DO

are you serious? OD and DO? they are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT and everyone KNOWS that DO's are REAL doctors..
