Is it possible that I got only one clip during step 1? Either I am so fried from the exam that I cant remember, or I only got one.

i had one. i've heard someone who had 5. that's the max i've seen.

i only had 1 as did most of my friends who i heard from. if they're all as easy as the one i had i wouldn't have minded having a few more...

lol, after i finished the test, i also asked myself if i somehow skipped/missed these multimedia ?'s!! i only had one as well...

Yeah, mine was pretty simple too. As others have mentioned, the stem really gave away the answer before listening to the clip.

I took the new test, and I didn't get any A/V's. I hope I didn't skip a question or a block or something. Has anyone taken the new test and not gotten any A/V's ?

From the official announcement in USMLE.org:

"A small number of multiple-choice items with associated audio and/or video clips will be introduced into the USMLE Step 1 Examination beginning in mid- to late May 2008. No more than 5 items with associated media clips will appear in a single examination"
