Off-campus housing for Temple pharmacy school

To anyone who has been accepted and choose to go to Temple this Fall09, do you guys have any suggestions on finding off-campus housing.

I live at YONO which is near the medical campus. There are a lot of Pharmacy students here. It includes all utilities, internet and cable too!
