Hey everyone,
I have a questions about OFFICIAL score reporting. I tried searching the forum but wasn't able to find a good answer. The scores that printout at the end of the test, are they your official scores that are sent to schools? I got an email from one of my schools saying that I was not above 300 in one of my sections, which is different from the scores I was given on test center day (which were in fact all 300 or above). Is there anyway to view the official scores online or somewhere else? I am curious to see if there is a possibility that my scores were reviewed/changed.

Thanks

The scores print out you get right after writing the OAT is the score that is sent to optometry schools.

If the school received a different version of your OAT scores, you should call the OAT place to see why that was. It is not possible to view your marks online, as I called in earlier last year when I misplaced my unofficial print out. The lady from OAT told me that I would have to request for a copy of the OAT to be sent to me ($25 charge).

I hope you get your score issues sorted out soon!

I could be mistaken but I am pretty sure your scores are processed before being sent to the schools. It is possible for them to change from your score report because your score report is "unofficial." I have no idea how to check what you actually got, but I do think that can change. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
