Hey Guys, this is done every year, might as well keep up the tradition. Scores are out for people who took the exam on/before 5/29, the June scores will probably be out shortly. I guess, just add your score and maybe how well you did on some of the common qbanks...or whatever you want too.

COMLEX Step I: 547

Kaplan COMLEX qbank: 70%ish
Kaplan USMLE qbank: 40-50%ish

Comlex: 643/92

Kaplan comlex qbank: 65%

all this with two babies and one on the way ... woot.

if i could do it, the only thing keeping someone with no responsibilties is laziness.

COMLEX - 485/81

USMLE - 194/79

I was kicking the crap out of Kaplan's. I was getting about 70-80% at the end. I took a screenie of my scores.

Kaplan USMLE - 75%
Kaplan COMLEX - 85%

USMLEWORLD - 58% total (started out 40-50%, ended 65-80%)

Listened to Goljian a little bit every day. Maybe 2 lectures a day 4-5 days a week for 4 weeks, randomly, not in any structure. Did anywhere from 10 to 20 50 question blocks on the qbanks daily for 3 weeks before the test.

Why didn't I do great?

Well, I have a theory, there was a bit of nerves, and in each case, I wasn't "warmed up" until the 4th block on both exams. I had been doing SOOO Many blocks every day that when test day came, getting in the groove took quite a bit of time for me. I should have refined my studying a little bit the few days or week prior. I notices that my morning scores on qbanks were significantly lower than my afternoon sessions, and my performance on the actual test would no doubt reflect that.

Just got done checking my comlex 1 scores, and got a 497. I'm kinda disappointed by that and at the same time ok. OK because I was a major slacker for most of the first year of medical school because I didn't think I was in the right profession until I got into the neuroscience module 3/4 of the way through. Upset obviously because this hurts me big time for some of the specialties I'm considering. I'm thinking about taking the Step 1 in a month or so, and kinda blowing off my psych rotation to do so (there is no possible way I'm going to go psych). We'll see what happens.

Was anyone crazy enought to stay up and see if they post your scores at midnight, or what time they are updated? ::Why yes, I am expecting my score tomorrow.::

So comlex 554/86 and USMLE 212/88. How bad is it? I'm looking at EM and anesthesiology. What are my chances?

NYCOM representing: COMLEX score 672/94. Goljan, UWorld (70%), Kaplan Qbank (USMLE (70% random blocks) and COMLEX (crap, by the way). Listened to Goljan audio in my car whenever I could and read his high yields the day before the exam. Started UWorld early (February) and did as many questions as I could.

677/94 comlex
246/99 usmle

usmleworld x 2
kaplan x 1
goljan audio x 5 at least
kaplan audio
FA

COMLEX 609/90
USMLE waiting w/ impatience
thought my comlex was a good score but feel like like a dummy on this forum

you know there is a lot of information out there for avg. usmle score per residency and predicting your probability. But what about avg. comlex scores per DO residency? Is there info. out there that could help you predict your chances of landing a residency in the field of your choice?
