Anyone here get an interview from Beth-Israel or Brigham-Women's yet? I got a return email from BID that said interviews were granted on a rolling basis and that was it. Just curious?

hmm i got the message below from the folks in gainesville...i guess i didn't hit the magic numbers they're looking for

"This will acknowledge receipt of your E.R.A.S application for the anesthesiology residency program at the University of Florida College of Medicine. We are delighted that you have elected to apply to our program.
We look forward to receiving, through E.R.A.S., your transcripts, 3 letters of recommendation on your behalf from the persons you named in your application and a letter from the dean of your medical school (on or after November 1st). Once these documents are received, we will correspond with you again should we deem it advisable for you to come to Gainesville for the purpose of a personal interview."

I was wondering the same thing. I thought that all schools were supposed to send them out on the same exact day, to be fair.

My registrar told me they will go out on Oct. 1st; that is a long way away.

Mine is. Our deans office sends them when they come from student affairs, but if we request them early, then they upload them as soon as they get them. My transcript was uploaded yesterday, and I got my first interview today.

(I believe the poster above commenting about being fair concerning the upload, is thinking about the MPSE which of course goes out Nov. 1st)

I also recieved an email from BID stating interviews would be granted on a rolling basis. I haven't heard back from BW yet, either. My application is complete except for one LoR and the Dean's letter. Hopkins emailed me stating they were going to wait until Dean's letters were received by them before making further decisions. It's a waiting game, then.

it looks like they upload the scores to the ERAS PostOffice then the programs download them whenever they get around to it.

it took a day or two from the time i clicked submit until it was ready for them to grab

i actually called Wake, and they said they've gotten a little behind in sending out the invites. they have a list of people they still have to invite and hope to get those invites out very soon.
also, for those of you who do have Wake invites already,did you get it by regular email or as an ERAS email? thanks!

I was assuming they get them as soon as they take the time to download from ERAS. Look under track my applications and it should have a date and time next to once you released your scores. It should happen pretty quick like in a matter of days.
