That depends, which email are you talking about? I agree that it seems like they sent out the first one to almost everyone.

Ok. They sent a lot of emails to everyone. This is why people say to take post interview communication with a grain of salt.

yeah i never understood why anyone would get all excited about these. Unless the email explicitly tells you that you're RTM, assume they sent the "we're going to rank you favorably" email to everyone.
