Just got a reply from Case Western saying I would be reconsidered for interviews around January-April (Spring Semester). Does this mean a rejection most likely, or do I still stand a chance?

I got the same email from Case, it certainly isn't an outright rejection. I am wondering if the earlier posters who said they were rejected got the same letter.

Im starting to freak out because i submitted 1st batch and paid all supplemental fees as soon as possible. Yet i still havent heard from Case, Boston, Penn, or Umich for the decision on my applicafion ive gotten the wmails that say my app is complete and under review...but nothing about interview invite/hold/or rejection

Could I have screwed something up really badly??? Im getting really worried...

My fellow friends, have any of you had an 'Invited to Interview' pop up on your AADSAS but nothing from the schools?

I just got a call saying that an invitation to interview email did not go through at VCU. They had sent the email two weeks ago and just noticed the email had been 'dropped.' Funny thing is, it was the second school to tell me my invitation email was randomly 'dropped.'

So I decided to look into it. I asked what system is used and they told me it is called Webadmit. I looked for a number online and found (716) 636-7777 option 7. I talked to a very nice lady and we discovered my email was under some SPAM list and so it was automatically being dropped! Thankfully she removed me from the spam list and asked me to add two emails to my safe list:

I called the school back and let them know my email had been removed from spam list and within minutes I got my invitation to interview.

They're probably going to hate me for posting this cause they're about to get a few calls haha but if you've had an update on your AADSAS but no email from the school, call the number and ask!

It's not just about stats and who knows what his PS or LOR's say, etc, etc. Maybe the schools he applied to haven't sent out notices yet?

LoL. I'm not as competitive as @Confused1617, but I'm sitting here wondering the same thing. I was 3rd batch at most places and haven't heard diddly. To be fair, only some of the schools I applied to just started sending out IIs as far as I know - the schools being Buffalo and Creighton. I'm OOS for both, so maybe that has something to do with it. I have a GPA around 3.5 and a 24 AA DAT, so it stings a bit feeling that schools are passing over me. I'm a minority too, so the fact that Creighton asked for a photo is making me suspect that might have something to do with it, although that's highly unlikely. Anyway, nothing to do but wait I suppose.

Creighton asks for photos from everyone, not just minorities. They have also begun to send out interviews as of this morning. Best of luck.
